This caused the Bosch company to replace my current tankless heater for the same price I purchased it for 15 years ago ($500.00)!!! This saved me at least $1000.00 dollars! Finally I had found someone who had the diligence and intelligence to take the time and use his plumber knowledge to speak on my behalf which gained me loyalty reward from Bosch. That alone made me loyal to Mr. Rooter. However, while doing the install of the new tankless heater sent by Bosch, they discovered my well pressure tank was bad causing lots of silt and over work of the well pump. Well, we all hate to spend more money but I was very happy they had discovered this which will prevent the well pump from going bad too soon! It also improved all pressure in water delivery in my house and eliminated sludge in my system that I had noticed! I was so impressed I took the name of the plumber in case he was the only one there who did such great work. His name is Adam. He completely exceeded all expectations I had for a plumber. Thanks, Mr. Rooter. So liking the quality of their work, I had them also do the plumbing required to update a bathroom. This time I worked with Richard. I am very pleased! Very professional and easy to work with, pleasant even though I tend to be a little too interested and ask many questions. (I have had previous plumber experience with other companies that was not so good.) So then there are at least 2 plumbers there (maybe more) who meet or exceed my expectations. Special Note: Each time I have called them for service, they show up on time!!! I know this seems like a given but not in line with my previous experience with other plumbers. Very Nice Currently I am using their services to update my second bathroom plumbing. It is nice to have a reliable plumbing service.”
