“Our toilet clogged last night. It's my first time to call a plumber. I didn't know which company is good. Mr. Rooter showed up on the 1st of page. It had 4.8 review. I was glad that they don't charge extra for nights and weekend. I called Mr. Rooter. The scheduler was very nice, responsive and professional. I received confirmation for an appointment for a technician visit between 9am-11am the following day. I received a call one hour before the technician visit to confirm the technician would arrive about 9am. The technician Tohi showed up right at 9am. Tohi is very kind, honest, and did an excellent job! He took initiative, and we are very pleased with his services. It was a pleasant surprise to see him to put on shoe cover before he came into our home. It's really nice of him to be respectful to our home, and keep our home pretty clean during and after his work. I was concerned it might be messy. But it didn't happen. I was so happy to see the toilet working well and it's clean. I also asked him to fix the bathroom sink, which has been draining pretty slow for years. He took care of it right away. I'll ask for Tohi when a need arises in the future. I'll definitely recommend Tohi and Mr. Rooter to those who need plumbing work.”
